Why you need more than one business coach

Posted by Daniel Rose - March 5, 2010 - Blog

Everybody who operates a small or medium business needs to have a business coach, and you probably need more than one.

Why? Even the most highly skilled business coaches and consultants are human. They make mistakes. If you have multiple coaches, and “cherry pick” the best advice, you will notice three benefits.

Firstly, you’ll begin to improve your broad, strategic view of your business by have more exposure to “the big picture”.

Secondly, you’ll be able to compare advice given by different coaches, and see what works best for you.

Thirdly, you wont be reliant on a single provider to make decisions for you, but you’ll be making those decisions yourself, after being fully informed.

Client results

The service and personal attention we received from Mr. Rose was exceptional and he has a good depth of knowledge in his field.— Name withheld, 150 room hotel based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Daniel Rose was simply excellent in all regards. I would heartily recommend him to anyone.— Paul Marriott, Marriott Organization, Inc.

I had a very good experience working with Daniel Rose as he put together a profit sharing structure for our company. He quoted a fair price and the work that he did far exceeded my expectations. He also was great in following up and spending time to make sure I understood what he had put together. I definitely recommend him to others!— Marc Cabianca, Bridge Learning
