Lately I’ve noticed an increas­ing trend of plan­ning in iso­la­tion. That really doesn’t work.

Lately I have seen a large num­ber of peo­ple who just don’t seem to under­stand the need to plan. For some rea­son, peo­ple expect that things will just the hap­pen way they want. In some cases, they don’t even know what it is that they want!
